I was the kid nobody could read. Confused, lost, labelled. Most adults saw the behaviour. Mr Kent saw me.
That one connection changed the direction of my life. It's also the reason I do this work.
Since then I've spoken inside 110+ businesses and supported 200+ schools. Same message in every room: people don't change because they're corrected. They change because someone connects first.
